Content created by volunteers, contributors, or members of the UEFN Texas team for organizational purposes (including but not limited to branding, educational materials, events, or promotional content) shall be considered work created for UEFN Texas and owned by UEFN Texas for exclusive use within its operations.
Users retain ownership of their independently created content submitted through community activities such as demo nights, portfolio reviews, showcases, or similar events. By submitting such content, you grant UEFN Texas a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and promote the content for community, educational, promotional, and operational purposes.

By participating in events:
- You may be recorded, photographed, transcribed or featured in content
- AI tools may be used to transcribe, record, and monitor all of our events
